Info and shipping costs
The delivery terms indicated by TeloStore.com refer to the Products in their warehouses and, while being carefully evaluated, are to be understood as non-binding for TeloStore.com, which may subsequently confirm or modify them, depending on their actual requirements. Delays in delivery less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery of the Products, nor to claim damages or compensation of any kind.
TeloStore.com has the right to make the delivery of Products (even for the same order) in several subsequent deliveries. Terms and conditions of special delivery must be agreed in advance between Customer and TeloStore.com and accepted in writing by TeloStore.com

or by credit card. The customer may also ask to send an advance check if he / she is not able to make the transfer or does not have a credit card. In this case the check must be "circular" and corresponds to the exact figure of the order headed to TeloStore.com
The consignment times are indicated on the product sheet and vary from product to product. Delivery times are after confirmation of payment and not by order, delivery is intended as a departure date from our warehouses and not the date of arrival.
The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of Products are the responsibility of the customer. At the time of delivery of the parcel, the customer must check whether the adhesive tape belongs to TeloStore.com or not, if the tape is well attached to the neck, the customer can accept the package without any problems, if the packet has any doubt as a packed pack or with of openings is recommended to reject the parcel. This liability may exclude the warranty for damage or lack of parts during transport.
